We first took our daughter to see Jo for Craniosacral Therapy, after her tongue tie division at 6 weeks old. We had no idea what to expect but saw the results in front of our eyes and genuinely couldn't believe it! Jo is incredibly calm, knowledgeable and clearly loves what she does. Fast forward to now, over 3 months old and we have had the last session with our little girl, whos benefitted so much from the treatments!

I went to see Jo for chronic back pain, which I'd had for several months after a fall down the stairs. I'd tried everything, Chiro/Osteo and Physio and none of them could could clear the pain completely. After 3 weekly Acupuncture sessions with Jo, my pain had completely gone. I now see her regularly to maintain the pain relief. I cant recommend her enough! Emma O
Wow! Jo has really strong intuition and her insight into my health was incredible. I was feeling a bit out of sorts going into the session, but today I feel different. I feel settled, grounded and more at peace. For anyone thinking of giving this therapy a go, I would highly recommend Jo!

My Therapist recommended Cranio as I've had residual symptoms of PTSD for some time. I didnt know what to expect from cranio and was surprised at how non-invasive it is. Jo has a wonderful energy, that made me feel at ease straight away. After a few sessions, I started to notice old, unhelpful, negative thought patterns, that I can spot very quickly, be replaced with more positive loving thoughts. I'm also feeling more connected to my body. Each session has been a valuable part of my discovering my true self. Not sure how it works, but it does for me!

After my first acupuncture treatment with Jo, I had a new sense of clarity and perspective on my somewhat complicated life at the moment. I had been struggling with extreme menopausal symptoms and had given up on them ever improving. I found the sessions incredibly supportive, as Jo listened to how difficult I'd been finding it to live with my symptoms. It felt as if I was receiving talking therapy, at the same time as acupuncture treatment! After 5 weekly sessions, I had noticed a real improvement to my symptoms and my mental health was the best it's been for many years. I also noticed that my migraines had stopped, which was an added bonus! I'm glad I decided to give acupuncture a go!!

I've been struggling with depression for many years now, and was hoping that Acupuncture could help, after many years of trying different medications. Jo has a lovely energy, and I felt completely supported by her from the first appointment. After x3 weekly treatments, I felt completely different. It felt as if a weight had been lifted from my heart. My panic attacks have now stopped, and I feel positive that I've found a therapy that can finally help me to lead a normal life!
